My stay at this villa was absolutely incredible. The room exceeded all expectations, with stunning views and impeccable cleanliness. The host, Kostas, was incredibly kind and accommodating, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The complimentary transfer from the ferry/airport was a great added touch, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our time in Mykonos. The outdoor space was exceptional, with a beautiful pool and breathtaking views, making it the perfect place for relaxation. The location was great, offering a peaceful getaway away from the chaos of Mykonos Chora. it was one of the best holidays I've ever had.

The breakfast selection could use some improvement.

Oh, and let's not forget the incredible experience of looking out at the parking lot while relaxing in the pool. So much privacy!

He also offered a free shuttle service to and from the airport. the location was quiet and perfect for those seeking privacy, with a breathtaking view from the terrace and pool.

That the pool was facing the parking area, which lacked privacy. It would have been ideal if the surrounding walls were higher to hide the pool from view.

From the moment we arrived, Kostas, our host, made us feel incredibly welcome. He greeted us warmly and gave us a personalized tour of the villa, providing us with amazing recommendations for things to do in the area. The villa itself was absolutely stunning - modern, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The view from the terrace was simply jaw-dropping and the pool provided the perfect place to relax and take in the breathtaking scenery. Having our own vehicle, we were pleased to find that parking was a breeze. The complimentary transfers to and from the ferry/airport were a wonderful touch, and the staff throughout our stay were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were even greeted with welcome gifts upon our arrival! it was an absolutely fantastic stay and we only wished we could have extended our trip.

the view from the villa was breathtaking, making it feel like paradise. the cleanliness of the place was well taken care of, with a lovely woman ensuring everything was spotless and towels being replaced daily. the pool and the surroundings were also very clean and well-maintained. the owner, Kostas, was extremely helpful throughout our stay, from ensuring everything was alright to helping us with car rental. He is a friendly and accommodating person. it was worth every moment spent there.

During our Easter stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome we received from the staff. the complimentary Easter treats and decorations in our villa added a festive touch and made us feel at home. the location of the villa was excellent, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and the sea. We particularly enjoyed spending time on the spacious terrace, soaking in the stunning scenery.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks. the strong winds in the mountains made the evenings quite chilly, and we could have used some extra blankets to keep warm.

I keep coming back for my city break because the staff helped me with bug spray. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, free parking, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, laundry. No regrets!

Lack of privacy by the pool.

We had an incredible stay at Mykonos Ark Villas! Our week-long trip with friends was made even better by the stunning villa and breathtaking view at Ftelia beach. The infinity pool was perfect for relaxing and swimming, and the facilities were top-notch, including fast and free WiFi. The location was ideal for avoiding the chaos of Mykonos Chora, and the host, Kostas, was extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back soon!
